We had been in Greece for a while and were looking for something a bit different for dinner when we came upon Ginger Sushi. When I saw the authentic and professional Sushi chef behind the counter I knew we were on to something good. The Sushi was probably better than any I have had in the States! My favorite, however, was the spring rolls. I swear I still dream about them. They also had lots of non-sushi options, which my daughter’s appreciated. Would recommend to anyone staying in Santorini. A real treat and very friendly staff and the atmosphere was really special too. Can’t wait to go back!
